Conference Registration
1. All participants, including authors, presenters, session chairs, discussants, invited speakers, doctoral scholars, and delegates, must complete the applicable registration to participate in the conference.
2. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Registration will be considered confirmed only upon successful completion of the registration process and receipt of the applicable registration fee.
4. The registration fee is applicable as per the participant category and registration deadline announced by INDAM 2027.
5. The fee covers only the facilities and services specifically mentioned under the respective registration category.
6. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
7. Failure to complete the required registration or presentation may result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference programme.
8. Registration fees must be paid within the specified deadline.
9. Any applicable bank, payment gateway, currency conversion, or transaction charges shall be borne by the participant.
10. Registration fee is non-refundable.
11. Registration is personal and non-transferable.
12. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and other personal expenses.
13. The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, sessions, schedule, or change the format, when necessary.
14. Completion of registration constitutes the participant's acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
15. The decision of the INDAM 2027 Conference Organising Committee on matters relating to registration and conference administration shall be final.
Accommodation:
1. On-campus accommodation is available only to registered participants of INDAM 2027 and is subject to availability.
2. Accommodation requests can be made only after successful conference registration.
3. Accommodation will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
4. Accommodation will be provided on a single/double-sharing/ bunk bed double-sharing basis, as applicable.
5. Accommodation charges must be paid in full at the time of booking.
6. Participants must carry and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. International participants must carry their passport and valid visa/immigration documents, where applicable.
7. Any request to change the dates of accommodation will be considered subject to availability.
8. Accommodation is personal and non-transferable. Only the participant(s) registered and allotted the room may occupy the accommodation.
9. All participants must comply with the rules, regulations, safety requirements, and policies of IIM Sambalpur.
10. By booking on-campus accommodation, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions given above and to comply with the applicable rules of IIM Sambalpur.
11. The decision of the INDAM 2027 Conference Organising Committee regarding accommodation allocation and related matters shall be final.
